Terms of Service
The basics of how estimates, scheduling, and fence and gate work are handled.
Estimates and scope
Information submitted through the Assistant or by phone is a request, not a confirmed booking. Pricing is finalized on site after a technician inspects posts, footings, rails, and hardware. Hidden conditions such as buried debris or additional rotted posts may change the scope, and we will discuss any change with you before continuing.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled and confirmed by our central dispatch. Weather and storm demand in Palm Beach County, Florida can shift windows; we notify you when that happens.
Permits, HOA, and property lines
Permit and HOA approval requirements vary by municipality. We advise when approval is likely required, but the property owner is responsible for confirming property lines and providing any HOA authorization for new or replacement fencing.
Utilities
Underground utility locates must be completed before digging for new posts. We coordinate this where required and do not dig until the site is marked.
Workmanship
We stand behind our labor. Materials carry only the manufacturer's warranty, and pre-existing structures we repair rather than replace are not warranted beyond the repair performed.
